The Doctor of Management program with a focus in Organizational Leadership serves to give persons with a professional master's degree a way to explore their personal readiness to become strong leaders in their professions or organizations. People in the program will acquire a commanding mastery of leadership literature, and show their proficiency in applying what they learn to real world situations. In today's constantly changing world, leaders need to always progress. This program aims to help that progression. Learners are encouraged to think constructively about the current structure and position of organizations and their leadership, create innovative applications from what knowledge is acquired and contribute new ideas to both the profession and society.
