The goal of the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Information Systems program is to give professionals from any industry the tools needed to understand and apply the scope and effect of information systems and technology from industry-wide, organizational, and global viewpoints. Like the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership program, strong leadership skills are developed. However leadership is applied to the technological setting, and can be helpful for persons in a technical field. Some of the coursework involved in the specialization is in fundamental management, organizational, and leadership, which serves to foster the development of information systems and technology leadership viewpoints. Graduates in this specialization will be able to apply their studies to the intricacies of information science and technology management.
