The AAS in Business Management - Human Resource Management degree from Rasmussen College is an online program for those students that want to gain a strong educational foundation in the specialized field of human resource management. This course incorporates both business management basics as well as the more focused topics covered in introductory human resource management programs.

Students in the program will complete courses that cover such topics as conflict resolution in the workplace, building successful human resource programs, interviewing and hiring policies, developing staff resources and protocols as well as effective communication, leadership and management skills.
