Juris Doctor (JD)

The Juris Doctorate degree program offered by Concord Law School is aimed towards persons who are interested in practicing law while obtaining a wide range of career opportunities. This is a four-year, part-time program that gives students a traditional Juris doctorate degree education, while being accommodating to individual needs. Students in this program regularly meet in groups to help one another in their studies. Most meetings take place online, but they can be on the phone, and occasionally face to face. Students in this degree program will learn skills that are essential to the law profession. These skills include how to analyze a client's legal problems; research applicable case, statutory, and regulatory laws; develop an effective legal strategy; represent a client fully; and understand and upholding one's legal responsibilities.
