The Doctor of Philosophy in Organization and Management with a focus in Leadership program is geared towards enhancing the ability of students to manage and lead organizations in today's business world. Graduates are fully prepared to work within organizations, consult, or teach in the field of leadership from an informed, strategic perspective. Students are taught how to conduct and apply research to solve complex business problems relevant to today's business climate. Graduates are aptly prepared to be confident and direct leaders in their respective organizations. Some of the courses that students can take in this program are Theories of Leadership, Leading at the Top: The Upper Echelon, Leadership: The Dark Side, Issues on the Frontier of the Global Economy, Leading the Global Enterprise System, Entrepreneurial Leader as Pioneer, and Global Executive/Manager Development.
