The Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a specialization in Leadership in Educational Administration program is designed to prepare students for exciting leadership roles in school administrations. This specialization is state-approved in Minnesota and meets the leadership standards that have been recognized by all institutions, including the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC). Graduates of this program are equipped with the tools to possibly obtain principal or superintendent licensure (depending on state requirements). Graduates are fully prepared with the knowledge and skills needed to have a positive effect on their respective organizations.
